Not every college student parties away their spring break on a far off beach. This past March, over 1,000 students joined in with Cru to help victims of Hurricane Harvey rebuild in Houston, TX. Here’s a few amazing statistics about this month-long event. It’s always amazing to see what students can accomplish!

32,544 Total Volunteer hours

56 universities coming from 23 different states and 35 nations

4,241 miles. The distance that 11 Cru students and staff travelled from the University of Alaska – Anchorage to get to our basecamp in Alvin, Tx.
